Role Summary:
As a Shift Manager, you'll lead the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly, customers are happy, and our shop stays clean and safe. Working with the Director of Culinary, you'll uphold our high standards and keep operations tight and efficient.

Key Duties:

• Lead operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Focus on making each customer's visit outstanding.
• Manage finances during your shift and control expenses.
• Uphold the quality of our products and services.
• Develop and motivate our team, promoting teamwork and excellence.
• Guide the team with positive leadership.
• Manage inventory and comply with health and safety regulations.

• Experience in retail or hospitality.
• Great communication skills and team leadership.
