Position Duties/Responsibilities: Interface with high-level managers and principals at client businesses, managing their needs and expectations. Resolve end-user issues received via ticketing system, email, phone, or in-person promptly and satisfactorily. Respond timely to end-users based on Service Level Agreements, troubleshooting and resolving reported issues. Assist end-users with hardware and software, providing training on appropriate use. Prepare reference documents for end-users and maintain accurate operating instructions. Deploy hardware into production by establishing physical connections and configuring network protocols. Install and maintain end-user software on production computers. Configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, tablets, mobile devices, etc. Understand and implement networking, storage, server and client operating systems, Cloud systems, VDI, Active Directories, wireless and wired connectivity, and security/intrusion software/hardware. Document hardware and software configuration additions, changes, and revisions. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications. Maintain confidentiality and security of client data by adhering to company security standards. Contribute to team efforts by participating in team meetings and sharing technical knowledge with team members. Manage Project Management and Delivery of Projects. Act as an escalation point for team members, assisting others as needed or assigned. Manage client backup and offsite replication.
