We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Information Technology Specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of an Electronic Records Management (ERM) solution for the Records and Information Management (RIM) program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving issues, optimizing IT infrastructure, ensuring security and compliance, and safeguarding sensitive information.

Duration: One Base, plus Two Option Years
Place of Performance: Fort Worth, Texas
Work Mode: On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to ensure the smooth implementation and operation of the ERM solution, addressing user queries and ensuring system functionality.
  • Promptly resolve any technical issues to minimize disruptions to the RIM processes and maintain optimal system performance.
  • Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure supporting RIM, ensuring scalability and reliability of the solution.
  • Ensure the ERM solution and all related IT components meet required security standards and compliance requirements, particularly those related to records management.
  • Implement necessary measures to safeguard sensitive information within the RIM system, following industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to monitor and improve system performance and provide regular updates on system status and improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or an equivalent field.
  • At least 5+ years of IT support experience, with a focus on RIM projects and Microsoft Purview/Records Management implementation.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, ERM solutions, and security/compliance standards related to records management systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical users and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Purview or other enterprise records management solutions.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements related to federal records management.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
