Position Overview
We are a manufacturing company that has been around for over 80 years and specializes in manufacturing custom electric motors. We are looking for an experienced IT Manager who will play a crucial role in helping improve our manufacturing operations through ERP implementation, continuous improvement processes, and optimization of our IT structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
• ERP implementation
• Manage and implement IT systems to improve business efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize IT needs.
• Utilize Six Sigma Black Belt methods
• Coordinate with external vendors to implement and maintain software and hardware systems.
• Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Develop and maintain company-wide IT policies and procedures.
• Manage and mentor IT staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT management.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Experience with ERP implementation and systems.
• Experience with process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies.
