Job Title: Radiologist - Interventional Radiology Provider
Location: Port Arthur, TX

Compensation: Starting at $465,000+ annually

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated  Radiologist with a preference for Interventional Radiology (IR)expertise to join our dynamic team in Port Arthur, TX. As an IR provider, you will play a crucial role in delivering advanced diagnostic and therapeutic services to our patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interventional Radiology Procedures:

    • Perform a variety of interventional procedures, including but not limited to angiography, biopsies, drainages, and catheter placements.
    • Utilize advanced imaging techniques to guide procedures and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Diagnostic Radiology:

    • Provide diagnostic imaging services including CT scans, MRI, X-rays, and ultrasound as required.
    • Analyze and interpret imaging studies to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Patient Care:

    • Work closely with referring physicians and other healthcare providers to determine the best imaging and interventional approaches for patient care.
    • Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure comfort and safety.
  • Collaboration and Support:

    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including surgeons, oncologists, and other specialists to coordinate care.
    • Support and mentor junior radiologists and staff as needed.
  • Documentation and Compliance:

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, imaging results, and procedural details.
    • Ensure adherence to all applicable healthcare regulations, safety standards, and institutional policies.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Radiology with subspecialty training or experience in Interventional Radiology.
  • Current medical license to practice in Texas or eligibility to obtain.
  • Proven expertise in performing a wide range of interventional radiology procedures.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to interpret various imaging modalities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
