Interpreter

Translate between Spanish and English for CTS staff/therapists, patients, and patient families during therapy sessions and phone conversations

• Translate any written communication/document if needed
• Assist with coordinating patient appointments
• Perform all assigned clerical tasks including but not limited to filing, copying, and answering phones
• Assist therapy staff with transfers of patients to the therapy room
• Report any patient problems to the Area Director or Program Manager
• Assist Outpatient Clinic Office Manager and clinicians with outpatient billing, informational forms and scheduling
• Maintain treatment area in neat and orderly manner including but not limited to chemical cleaning of equipment, dirty linen management, and general departmental organization
• Attend any required training session
• Drive personal vehicle to patient appointments as needed
• Other duties as deemed necessary by the Area Director or Program Manager
