Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable International Travel Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have relative familiarity with planning and organizing international travel itineraries, providing personalized travel recommendations, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist clients in creating unforgettable travel experiences around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and interests to craft customized international travel itineraries.
  • Research and Planning: Stay updated on global travel trends, destinations, and regulations. Research flights, accommodations, tours, and activities to offer the best options.
  • Booking and Coordination: Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Documentation: Assist clients with visa requirements, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation for international travel.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support before, during, and after the trip, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other travel service providers to enhance service offerings.
  • Marketing: Promote international travel packages through social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels to attract new clients.
  • Continuous Learning: Attend travel expos, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge of international destinations and trends.
  • Certification :  Opportunity to earn travel credentials and specialize in international destinations as International Travel Advisor and Specialist.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in travel industry is a plus  
  • Strong knowledge of global destinations, cultures, and travel regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in travel booking software and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for travel and a desire to help others create memorable experiences.
