**Description**
The Intern, Global Supply Chain will focus his/her time on a project that will center around the supplier On Time In Full metric. The Intern will work with the supply base and SeaSpine buyers to develop the road map to health for this metric. The scope will include internal and external communication along with forming an action plan per supplier to improve the metric.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The following are the essential functions of this position. This position may be responsible for performing additional duties and tasks as needed and assigned.
Communicating both with SeaSpine buyers and the supply base
Working to root cause the underperforming supplier scores
Identifying, recording, and assigning deliverable times to the corrective actions
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
The requirements listed below are representative of the education, knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position.
**Education/Certifications:**
HS Diploma or equivalent required
Enrollment in Bachelors degree program in Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent.
Junior or Senior level standing, or graduate student
3.0 GPA
**Experience, Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities:**
Strong in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent communication skills
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
