BAFS SUMMER Internship Program

SUMMARY :

A 10-week BAFS internship program is offered in the summer. The program allows interns to gain hands-on experience in a relevant field and the chance to improve their soft skills through various professional development opportunities. The Intern may work in a credit analysis, data analysis, marketing, IT, or process writing role depending on Intern fit and position availability.

The Intern is responsible for providing support to the various departments within the company daily with special tasks and projects. Each employee is responsible and accountable for demonstrating a commitment to the company’s mission statement, understanding that all divisions of the company work together for one common purpose-to delight our customers with the exceptional ease of doing business with BAFS.

HOURS :

Our office hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Scheduled hours will be flexible to accommodate for class and school projects, with proper communication to supervisors and mentors. We do ask that, if possible, your class schedule be arranged to allow you to follow a set schedule for work each week. This schedule would typically be set for the quarter/semester but would be flexible to accommodate for school assignments.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student classification in a business-related discipline is preferred.
