Our State Farm Agency is expanding and we are looking for a driven marketing specialist.

You will be calling potential clients who have requested insurance information, and transferring them to one of our Agency Insurance Specialists! I need someone who can smile and dial, with an energetic fun personality who is not afraid to make 50-100 calls a day.

What are we offering:

• Full-time (preferred) or Part-time positions available with flexible hours and schedule
• Hours of operation are Monday thru Saturday 9am-6pm, with the occasional changes based on need of the agency
• Base hourly pay plus several bonus opportunities.
• NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!! We will train and guide you.
• Opportunity for growth. We can train you and license you to represent State Farm and the insurance industry with integrity and professionalism

What are the requirements?

• Have to be able to BRING IT on a daily basis. Energy is key
• High school diploma or equivalent education is required
• Ability to have great conversations over the phone and build rapport!
