Responsibilities--Provide exceptional customer service and support.
--Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
--Process customer policy change requests.
--Take premium payments from customers.
--Answer incoming phone calls.
--Return all phone messages promptly.
--Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
--Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
--Generating insurance quotes, if licensed.
--Assess and identify the wants and needs of customers over the phone.
Requirements--Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
--Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
--Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
--Must have ability to multi-task.
--Professional phone etiquette.
--Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
--Great Customer Service Skills.
--Problem-Solving Capabilities.
--A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred but not required.
--Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
--Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
--No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
