Installation Assistant

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. We desire motivated, organized, caring individuals who have a passion to provide outstanding craftsmanship and superior customer service.

We currently have multiple Installation Assistant positions available!

Installation Assistants help our Senior Installers with installation of our products in clients' homes in a safe, high quality, and productive fashion. Demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating with clients in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion is an absolute must. Operating company vehicles, tools, etc. in a safe manner is also a requirement. This is an entry level role, so the ideal candidate will be excited to grow their career with our growing company and work to become a Senior Installer with their own install team!


Requirements:

• Customer oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic
• Reliable, punctual with good work ethic
• Possess and maintain current driver's license
• Good driving record
• Operate company vehicle in safe manner
• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong personal organization skills
