Your role will revolve around:

• Developing robust customer relationships, leveraging your product expertise to meet sales targets while delivering top-notch service.
• Addressing customer inquiries regarding technical details, pricing, deliveries, and order statuses.
• Collaborating with Field Sales and Sales Management to devise strategies supporting both existing and new sales opportunities.
• Cultivating relationships with supplier representatives and customer purchasing contacts.
• Surpassing mutually agreed sales goals and objectives, all while maintaining target profit margins.
• Handling customer concerns, questions, and complaints with professionalism and collaboration.

• A college degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of work experience in technical or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in general computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Exceptional professional communication skills in written and spoken English, with a keen eye for grammar and tone.
