This person will be responsible for supporting procurement of IT hardware, software, and services and IT vendor and contract management. This is an on-site position requiring 4 days/week in the La Jolla office. Can potentially be flex with remote for the RIGHT candidate 70% IT and 30% procurement -Strategically source and procure IT goods, services, and equipment, ensuring proactive engagement and alignment -procure a diverse range of complex IT hardware, software, and digital services essential for meeting contractual, sub-contractual, or internal organizational requirements -Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to align with their needs and priorities -Collaborate with the P2P and Supply Chain teams to achieve the teams overall vision, mission, and objectives. -Negotiate terms and conditions, resolve disputes, and ensure contractual compliance, while building and maintaining positive working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and effective communication at all levels of the organization.
