As an Industrial Painter at FS-Elliott, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and application of protective coatings to various industrial equipment and parts. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in surface preparation, paint application, and an understanding of industrial coatings and finishing processes. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where safety and quality are always top priorities.
Key ResponsibilitiesExperience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial painting or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial paints, coatings, and surface preparation methods (e.g., sandblasting, power washing).
Skills: Ability to operate spray guns, rollers, and other painting tools efficiently and safely.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in various positions (e.g., kneeling, bending, or climbing).
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality, with the ability to identify surface defects and correct them.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in industrial painting is a plus.
