Position: Import/Export Analyst
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Employment Type: Contract (6 Months)
What You'll Do:
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Import & Export regulations
• Utilize and interpret HTS/Schedule B classification codes
• Maintain and update records for FDA and other regulatory agencies
• Prepare Proforma Invoices and NAFTA Certificates of Origin
• File Shipper’s Export Declarations accurately and on time
• Track shipments and maintain detailed shipment logs and documentation
• Assist in coordinating logistics operations
• Conduct internal compliance audits
• Review and audit customs brokerage invoices
What We're Looking For:
• Strong knowledge of international logistics and import/export regulations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with documentation and recordkeeping systems
