Associate Attorney – Immigration Law

Position Overview:  We are seeking an  Associate Attorney to join our team. The role involves crucial tasks such as representation in removal proceedings, drafting motions to reopen, briefs, and waivers, and conducting thorough reviews and analyses of administrative records.  Experienced or non-experienced; we welcome newly admitted Attorney. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare legal documents including motions, briefs, and waivers.
• Review and analyze administrative records with precision.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and writing.
• Collaborate with clients to provide effective removal defense strategies.
• Maintain excellent organizational skills to manage caseload effectively.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong research and writing abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in  Spanish is required .
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be admitted.
