We are seeking a dynamic, passionate and self-driven Immigration Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative legal team and will work directly with clients, providing comprehensive immigration services. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional who wants to apply their skills and knowledge in a challenging and rewarding role.

Responsibilities:

As a Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Providing high quality, comprehensive immigration law services to clients, including counseling, legal advocacy, and representation in immigration matters.
2. Preparing and filing immigration applications and petitions, including but not limited to, non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications, adjustment of status applications, and naturalization applications.
3. Representing clients in immigration proceedings before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, and Federal District Courts.
4. Conducting legal research and preparing legal briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents.
5. Providing advice and counsel to clients on matters related to immigration law and policy.
6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective client service.
7. Maintaining current knowledge of immigration law and policy, and participating in professional development and training activities.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to a state bar and eligibility to practice law in the United States.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business immigration law, including experience with a wide range of non-immigrant and immigrant visa categories.
4. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
5. Strong client counseling and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
10. Fluency in a second language is a plus.
