Immigration Attorney

We are one of the largest law practices in Texas that has provided legal services for over 40 years with 20+ offices located throughout Texas. As we expand our team, we are seeking an Immigration Attorney with 3+ years of experience.

Who You Are:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from an accredited law school 
  • Licensed to Practice Law in Texas 
  • 3+ Years of Immigration Experience 
  • Bilingual Spanish - Plus 
  • Ability to manage and adapt to busy, high-volume portfolio of active files and client requests for legal advice, including time-sensitive and high-priority matters
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and support paralegals and other non-attorney case handlers
  • Strong sense of inclusion and teamwork, and demonstrated ability to support and collaborate with colleagues and business partners

What You Will Be Doing?

  • H 1B, E, L, O, P, H-3, J, K and U, as well as I-130 and I-140 Immigrant Petitions with Accompanying Adjustment of Status (I-485)
  • EB-1 Extraordinary Ability Petition
  • PERM Labor Certification with the Department of Labor
  • EB-2 and EB-3
  • Investment Based and Treaty Trader and EB-5
  • Affirmative Political Asylum
  • Marriage Cases
  • Naturalization/Citizenship, 245(I), CSS/Lulac, LIFE Act, Removal of Conditions, etc
