Your Role & Responsibilities:
As an Immigration Attorney, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through complex immigration matters, including:
· Representing clients in court and before government agencies.
· Preparing and drafting motions, legal documents, and case strategies.
· Handling bond hearings, deportation removals, citizenship, deferred inspections, and appeals.
· Negotiating settlements for legal disputes and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
· Providing expert legal advice on immigration matters, business transactions, and visa applications.
· Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring clear communication throughout their cases.
What We’re Looking for:
· Licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing.
· Experience in immigration law
· Familiarity with criminal proceedings, including diversion programs and pre-trial interventions.
· Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
· Ability to build trust with clients and guide them through complex legal issues.
· Spanish fluency is a plus!
