Now Hiring: Dump Body Installation Mechanic – Join the our Team!

Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm Payrate DOE; $22-33

Always There Personnel is looking for a skilled Dump Body Installation Mechanic to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy problem-solving, and want to be part of a collaborative shop environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

This position is ideal for candidates with solid experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and/or electrical systems—and welding is a big plus! We’re flexible if you bring two out of the three core skills (mechanical, 12-volt electrical, welding).

What You’ll Do

• Install and repair dump bodies, flatbeds, PTO systems , toolboxes, lighting, hitches, and more.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems with accuracy.
• Perform basic fabrication tasks including MIG welding, cutting, grinding, and drilling.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Keep a safe and organized shop environment.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a mechanic or in related mechanical work.
• Hands-on experience with 12-volt electrical and hydraulic systems (PTOs, pumps).
• MIG welding & fabrication skills (preferred but not required if you bring strengths in other areas).
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Must have your own basic hand tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climb, kneel, crawl, etc.).
• Two recent professional references required.
