We are looking for an experienced Legal Billing Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing the legal billing process for a law firm.
Position Overview: The Legal Billing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other related financial transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This includes preparing invoices, reconciling accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with client billing and fee agreements. The ideal candidate will have experience with software systems, such as Elite/3E and Aderant, as well as a working knowledge of general accounting principles.
