We are seeking a highly-skilled and dedicated

Human Systems Integration Engineer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human factors engineering, system design, and usability analysis, with a minimum of four years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Conduct human factors engineering analyses and evaluations to optimize user interfaces and improve overall system performance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure human factors are integrated into the design and development process. Develop and implement usability testing protocols to gather user feedback and identify areas for improvement. Create detailed documentation and reports outlining findings, recommendations, and best practices. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in human systems integration. Qualifications:

BS in an engineering discipline or BS in physical science, engineering, or mathematics required and 6 years in Government related Research and Development (R&D), Test and Evaluation (T&E), and systems acquisition programs. A minimum of 4 years of experience in human systems integration or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
