Bruceton Farm Service, Inc.'s Human Resource department is now hiring for a Recruiter to join our team. Job Responsibilities: - Reviews employment applications and resumes evaluating work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications of applicants
- Posting new job postings as the needs arise; Constantly refreshing existing job postings
- Constantly evaluates selection and placement techniques used for interviewing
- Partners directly with hiring managers as a staffing consultant to provide top quality customer service, creating job descriptions and candidate profiles, problem solving
- Develops external recruiting strategies and executes on those strategies to meet demand
- Delivers highest quality talent from most relevant industries in the market for retail entry level up to District Management positions
- Sourcing, recruiting and interviewing to deliver elite pipeline of candidates, provide continuous flow of quality and quantity of candidates
- Must maintain constant and professional interaction with hiring managers
- Administrative tasks to adhere to required process, policies and compliance steps (OFCCP)
- Work closely with HR department on separate Human Resources projects and administrative tasks as needed
Desired Experience: - Experience with recruiting databases and applicant tracking systems
- Proven organizational skills and attention for detail, the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience; Retail Field Recruiting experience is a plus
