Human Resources Generalist 0-5 years experience

Location: Greater Indianapolis Area (Central Indiana)

Language : Must speak English and Spanish

Global manufacturing company with over 700 (non-union) employees, is expanding and looking to add an additional HR Generalist to their team. The HR Generalist will get involved with facilitating training programs, guiding employees through workplace concerns, advising employees on benefits, conflict resolution and other HR related tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• 0-5 years experience in HR;
• Recent college graduates with internships or entry-level experience in HR are welcome to apply.
• Conversational Spanish and English: Ability to talk / communicate with employees in both Spanish and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources concentration.
• Technical Skills: aptitude with Microsoft / Office applications.
• Certifications: SHRM credentials (PHR/SPHR) are a plus but not required.
• Salary is commensurate with experience
