Responsibilities: Manage and track internal and external recruiting activities on web-based HR platform Liaise with recruiting agencies Conduct phone interviews and onsite/video interviews for entry level roles Draft offer letters and confidentiality agreements Process background and credit checks Process, organize, track, and maintain confidential files, records and data Prepare, organize, and conduct new hire orientations as well as maintain the I-9 process Answer simple benefits questions and provide benefit enrollment support Assist with maintenance of the human resource database including entering new hire information Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 2+ Years of Human Resources experience in a recruiting capacity a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Keen attention to detail Discretion when handling confidential information Ability to confidently interact with all levels of staff, vendors, and potential candidates Previous Workday experience is a plus Required Years of Experience: 2 #J-18808-Ljbffr
