We are seeking a dynamic, customer focused individual to join our HR team in an on-site role. This position offers the opportunity to learn various aspects of human resources, including:

• Recruitment and Staffing : Assist in recruitment and selection activities.
• HR Information System (HRIS) : Assist in processing transactions and maintain accurate employee records.
• Employee Benefits : Assist with the coordination and administration of employee benefit programs.
• Administrative Support : Provide essential support to the HR team in daily operations.
• Communication : Respond to inquiries from employees and candidates, ensuring a positive experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

At least one year of experience performing human resources tasks that demonstrates the following:

• Experience entering and maintaining a database.
• Experience reading, interpreting, and applying statutes, policies, procedures, rules and/or regulations.
