What You Will Do:
  • A Senior Human Factors Engineer must have a deep understanding of research and industry trends and apply this state-of-the-art knowledge in findings and methods to devise strategies, evaluations, and designs to assess products and processes.
  • Must have experience in suggesting redesigns or minimizing negative impacts where products or processes are essential.
  • Must be able to visualize how design changes made to products will affect all users.
  • Must be able to make thoughtful suggestions during live demo calls and react to participant answers during any type of user session.
  • Must also have communication skills to clearly enunciate human factor issues to the engineering team and to end users, both formally and informally. Must have a thorough understanding of all applicable standards, and HFE methods. Have experience with and demonstrate understanding of SAFe's Lean Agile principles and practices to drive value and sustain organizational change and operational excellence through the empowering of high-performing Agile teams.

What You Will Need (Qualifications):

- Be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance

-Master Degree

- 10 years of relevant experience
