Position : HR Recruiting Coordinator 

Working Schedule : 9a-6p EST

Salary Range :$1000-$1500 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary:

The HR Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Director of Talent in all aspects of recruitment and talent operations. This position helps manage the hiring pipeline for a growing company, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and smooth coordination of internal hiring processes. From sourcing and scheduling interviews to maintaining candidate tracking systems and assisting with internal talent projects, this highly organized and proactive individual helps ensure our recruiting efforts are efficient, thoughtful, and on-brand. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for connecting great people with meaningful opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Talent in managing open roles across departments by tracking

pipelines and candidate movement.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring

prompt communication and follow-ups.

  • Maintain clear, organized records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring

accurate tracking of every stage in the hiring process.

  • Help review resumes, applications and assessments to identify strong potential fits.
  • Assist in coordinating with our HR team to send out offer letters and processing pre-hire

paperwork as needed.

 

Sourcing & Candidate Outreach:

  • Source top candidates for priority roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
  • Craft engaging, brand-aligned outreach messages to attract top talent.
  • Organize and track sourcing efforts to measure success and recommend new channels or strategies as needed.
 

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
  • Maintain a warm, polished tone across emails, calls, and interviews.
  • Provide a positive and organized experience for all candidates, reflecting the company’s commitment to excellence.
 

Talent Operations & Projects:

  • Support talent-related initiatives, including onboarding preparation, internal talent

tracking, and DEI recruitment efforts.

  • Assist with internal team movements, job postings, and hiring manager needs.
  • Help with coordination for hiring events.
  • Assist in preparing and participating in monthly talent meetings, including compiling and

presenting data on hiring metrics, candidate pipeline movement, and overall recruitment

trends from the previous month.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a fast-paced administrative role
  • (fashion, retail, or creative industries a plus).
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (JazzHR is a plus), sourcing platforms, and G-Suite (Google
  • Calendar, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and a candidate-service mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field or work experience in lieu of the degree.
