We are seeking an HR Consultant to support a part-time role with our client that has the potential to grow into full-time employment. To be considered for this opportunity, HR professionals must have the following: Bachelor’s Degree PHR certification or equivalent Adept at technology; strong understanding of HR systems; Paylocity experience highly desired Minimum 5years of progressive HR Generalist experiencewith an emphasis on recruitment, onboarding and talent management Must have experience in the Government Contracting industry and a strong knowledge of federal compliance requirements Experience with multi-state employment laws and supporting the HR function for a remote workforce Able to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced work environment Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-growth and/orstartup-type culture Experience managing employee relations issues Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent writing skills The ability to think strategically and develop small company solutions that are outside of the traditional "HR box" All potential candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for this positionwill berequired to complete a pre-screening questionnaire prior to being considered for this opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
