Position Summary The Human Resources Consultant will provide ongoing support and act as the lead for day-to-day HR responsibilities in accordance with their clients policies. Responsibilities Provides expert advice, counsel and implementation support on a fractional, interim or project-basis in areas of HR that include HR Policy and Compliance Establish strong partnerships with clients and employees Ensure procedures are met, maintained, and kept consistent Generate and implement new ideas Create and conduct active training programs Identify retention issues and mediate as necessary Maintain HR databases and personnel files Manage all training and development activities Perform audit and compliance reporting Promotes HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, and goal attainment. Qualifications 8+ years of HR experience Bachelor's degree in relevant field HR Certification strongly preferred Must be located in Philadelphia, PA Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 Work Environment: Remote in Philadelphia (less than 50% of time visiting local clients in area)
