HR Consultant 2 at Oracle in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES: + Collaborate and support business leadership and the broader HR team to implement HR plans and solutions to achieve business initiatives and deliver results. + Partner with leaders, at multiple levels, and their teams to support and execute HR initiatives and activities that cultivate growth, innovation and organizational efficiency. This includes implementing programs, processes and tools to help set up managers and employees for success. + Assist managers and the broader HR team in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development, and drive appropriate solutions for these activities. + Participate in company-wide compensation programs including annual salary/bonus/stock review. + Support HR Strategic Partners, OTD and organization leaders in the facilitation of leadership development and employee engagement initiatives. + Build credibility and trust among employees of all levels. + Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned which may include supporting and implementing initiatives across all U.S. and global locations. Responsibilities CANDIDATE PROFILE: + Bachelor's degree + 2+ years of HR-related experience + You have the ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment and navigate leaders through a variety of organizational changes. + Able to handle workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities. + Applied knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws. You have knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance and practices + Ability to lead with data driven decision making + Experience in supporting, executing and maintaining HR projects and programs. + Effective verbal/written communication and presentation skills. + Excellent computer skills including MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio & PowerPoint), and report preparation and updating. + Experience with HRIS/HCM systems.
