Job Description

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • .In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, employment regulations, and visa/work permit processes for the target overseas market.​
  • .Proficiency in using HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).​ We are looking for a proactive HR Assistant to support the end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for the company’s overseas business expansion. The ideal candidate will bring strong execution capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for human resources management. You will play a key role in building the overseas team by conducting both online and in-person interviews, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and supporting various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities​
  1. Execute recruitment strategies efficiently, including sourcing candidates, creening resumes, coordinating and conducting online/on-site interviews, and facilitating the hiring process from offer to onboarding.​
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.​
  3. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with local data privacy and employment regulations.​
  4. Provide administrative support for HR operations such as employee onboarding, training coordination, and performance management follow-ups.​
  5. Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.​
  6. Stay updated on local labor laws, policies, and industry best practices to advise the team on compliance matters.​
  7. Assist in organizing team-building activities and fostering a positive workplace culture for the overseas team.
