We are looking for a proactive HR Assistant to support the end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for the company’s overseas business expansion. The ideal candidate will bring strong execution capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for human resources management. You will play a key role in building the overseas team by conducting both online and in-person interviews, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and supporting various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute recruitment strategies efficiently, including sourcing candidates, creening resumes, coordinating and conducting online/on-site interviews, and facilitating the hiring process from offer to onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with local data privacy and employment regulations.
- Provide administrative support for HR operations such as employee onboarding, training coordination, and performance management follow-ups.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
- Stay updated on local labor laws, policies, and industry best practices to advise the team on compliance matters.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and fostering a positive workplace culture for the overseas team.
