Job Description
This role requires using forecasting and analytical tools to evaluate existing and potential programs or product lines. The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. This position is hybrid with three days a week on-site from Tuesday to Thursday.

The work environment involves being part of a new and ambiguous team culture, which is currently transitioning out of a multi-year project and building a structure for sustainable work. Key projects include recruiting, HR life cycle, post onboarding, and employee life cycle process.
