Job Summary: Rupal Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and efficient Housekeeper to join our team at our hotel, Courtyard by Marriott, in Niagara Falls, New York. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel is maintained at a high standard. This is a full-time, hourly position and the ideal candidate will be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Compensation & Benefits: The Housekeeper role at Rupal Hospitality offers a competitive hourly rate of $16 to $17 per hour, paid on a weekly basis. Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces
• Stock and organize supply closets and carts with necessary cleaning supplies and amenities
• Ensure all areas of the hotel, including common areas and guest rooms, are free of debris and clutter
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to management promptly
• Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and address any concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner
• Complete other tasks assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and standards
• High school diploma or equivalent required
