Job Description

Maintains a clean, safe,orderly and attractive environment throughout all Hospital departments, patientareas, offices, corridors, and or any hospital controlled area. Alsoresponsible for paper / chemical storage, washer / dryer usage, buffing, aswell as linen deliveries and pick up as needed.

Qualifications

Requires manual dexterity usingfine hand manipulations, for routine Cycle cleaning and chemical usagethroughout Salem Hospital. English: basic communication skills to understandand speak for safe, efficient performance of job responsibilities. Demonstrateability to utilize supplies, tools and equipment properly. Familiarity withoperation of heavy duty/ electrical cleaning and laundry equipment. Basiccomputer skills which may be obtained thru on the job training.

One yearexperience and HighSchool diploma or G.E.D preferred.
