Description

As a Houseman, you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel. This position supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring all public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our property's vision, mission, and values.

Responsibilities

•Support housekeeping and maintenance teams with tasks as needed.
•Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
•Assist housekeeping and maintenance teams with cleaning and organizational tasks.
•Ensure guest areas remain tidy by promptly removing trash and ground litter.
•Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

•Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
•Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
•Able to work in varying conditions, including exposure to cleaning materials and occasional outdoor tasks.
•No prior experience or training required; on-the-job training provided.
