Must be willing to relocate to Hilo, Hawaii. The hotel is the Grand Naniloa a Doubletree by Hilton. Responsibilities •Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to your clients
•Collaborate with sales managers and stakeholders to assess the performance of the organization
•Use marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other ways to actively pursue new business
•Write comprehensive and precise sales reports showing the financial statements for sales promotion, direct sales, and outline of marketing plans
•Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand
Qualifications •High diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree preferably in marketing or hospitality
•Prior sales and marketing experience of 5+ years, including some in a sales management role, is required
•Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
•Strong understanding of marketing strategies and best practices
•Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
