LIVE SERVICE & EVENT EXECUTION

Provide real-time coaching and feedback to front-of-house staff during live service to improve guest interaction, service pacing, and team synergy. Lead pre-service meetings and post-event recaps to communicate goals, address challenges, and celebrate successes. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT
