Pediatric Home Health Nurse Supervisor (PRN) Compensation: $150-$500 per assessment
Job Type: Flexible, Part-time, Contract

Job Qualifications Education: Bachelors' degree in nursing
Experience: 1-2 years of related experience
Job Summary - Conduct supervisory visit to client's home every two weeks and along with providing 60 day summary as needed.
- Assesses patient health problems and needs, develops to create nursing care plans, and maintains medical records.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Georgia (Required)
- Conduct New Client Assessments and Care Plans as needed
- Conduct Client Reassessments and Supervisory assessments as needed
- Must have reliable transpiration.
- Occasional paid travel outside of metro Atlanta as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
- Experience as a home care nurse or in a similar role with pediatric care is preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation to visit client's homes in metro Atlanta.
- Light Occasional paid travel outside of metro Atlanta as needed.
General Responsibilities - Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Administers medications to patients and monitors patients for reactions or side effects.
- Records patients' medical information and vital signs.
- Monitors, records, and reports symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Modifies patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
- Monitors all aspects of patient care.
- Educate clients and their families on managing medical conditions and promoting overall well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.
- Prepares patients for and assists with examinations or treatments.
