Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

We're seeking highly effective people with4-6 years of window cleaning experience to join our high-functioning team! What are we thinking of when we ask about window cleaning experience? Definitely not your regular windex and newspaper from the ground type of work - it's water-fed poles, high-rise, and/or commercial buildings, and OSHA-compliant fall protection training and experience. Compensation:

• Our "base plus efficiency bonus" salary role options with bonus options (averaging $50K - $58K/ annually for middle of the road team members, $60K-$68K for experienced and efficient workers).
• Paid holidays
• Paid time off - 2 weeks per year

Requirements:

- Experience: you know how to be a high performer on a job and have great references who know you've done just that for years

- A valid NC Driver's License/ reliable legal transportation to our North Raleigh warehouse by 7:30 AM weekdays

- Related construction experience is a plus. Please notify us if you have experience in minor deck repairs, board replacements, and/or deck staining

- A positive attitude and willingness to work with a team. Great communication with co-workers and supervisors.

- Professionalism: You understand that your mind needs to be sharp to do your best work and keep those around you safe and you understand we are a drug-free workplace

Essential duties:

• Showing up is crucial for our team - we rely on one another. Therefore, we require all team members MUST HAVE ADEQUATE TRANSPORTATION TO THE SOR WAREHOUSE, M-F BY 7:30AM SHARP. Most employees finish the days' jobs by 2 to 4 PM each day.
  
• Ability to be cleared to be added to our insurance (i.e. at least 2 years' experience as a licensed driver, a good driving record).
• Must be able to lift and pull 75 lb. loads (two 5-gallon buckets of stain, pull 100' of hose, etc.).
• Must be able to meet size/ weight minimums and maximums for fall protection, ladders, and harnesses. (With some exceptions, those weighing between 150 lbs. and 270 lbs. will generally be able to properly use our equipment. Feel free to ask for more details if you are closer to the lower or higher ends and we will do our best to work with you.)
  
• Must be able to read, understand, and follow safety instructions at all times, including OSHA and MSDS information.
• Must be able to walk, stand, squat, climb, and execute safety protocols.
