Job Title: HEDIS Data Analyst Job Description: We are looking for a skilled HEDIS Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting healthcare data, with a specific focus on HEDIS measures. The primary goal is to ensure compliance with HEDIS standards and identify opportunities for improving healthcare quality and performance. Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare data to assess performance against HEDIS measures. Interpret HEDIS specifications and guidelines to ensure accurate measurement and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement in data collection, documentation, and reporting processes. Conduct root cause analysis to identify factors contributing to gaps in performance. Develop and implement strategies to address identified gaps and improve HEDIS scores. Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders, including management, providers, and payers. Stay updated on changes to HEDIS measures and industry best practices.
