Spherion Staffing is actively recruiting for a Call Center Specialist to support a local medical office in Burlington. This is a great opportunity that could lead to full time employment with a highly sought-after Vermont employer! The Medical Call Center Specialist plays an integral part of the patient experience and will be a key contributor to delivering high quality customer service to patients and visitors that is caring, consistent and reliable.
Responsibilities:
Your day will be focused upon answering phones in a call center setting for several medical practices; triaging calls to appropriate recipients, taking messages, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and so on. This is a highly supportive and collaborative team with a concentration on learning, development and assistance.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
-Proven customer service experience required.
-Experience in a clinical and/or administrative setting preferred.
-Background in a medical setting is highly desired.
-Team oriented
