A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Healthcare Call Center Representatives in Phoenix, AZ. The Healthcare Call Center Representative would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Healthcare Call Center Representative Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $17.49per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Healthcare Call Center Representative Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • You must be available Mon-Fri between 7a-5:30p to work an 8 hour shift. (Rotating Saturday Schedule)

Healthcare Call Center Representative Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibilities are to verify insurance coverage for potential new clients
  • Handles inbound/outbound calls from participants
  • Research issues sent by Customer Care, Account Managers, internal customers and Quality Assurance relative to the customer service experience
  • Call to offer a direct sale of medications to participants and posting payments to the proper account

Healthcare Call Center Representative Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or call center environment
  • Understanding of insurance concepts, including drug cards, major medical benefits, and per diem coverage, as well as knowledge of government and patient assistance programs.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Healthcare Call Center Representative Preferred Qualifications

· Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and 3rd party vendors is a plus
