Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and safety audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Design and lead innovative health and safety training programs tailored for all organizational levels, with a focus on managerial training.
• Oversee and manage incident investigations, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate and supervise the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and manage health and safety projects effectively.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and teach proactive risk management strategies.
• Compile and present detailed safety reports to management, effectively communicating the outcomes of health and safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational health and safety within the manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and their practical application at the plant level.
• Proven expertise in risk analysis and conducting safety audits.
• Comprehensive understanding of OSHA guidelines and other relevant state and local safety regulations.
• Experience in incident management and the development of corrective measures.
• Ability to effectively manage PPE and oversee health and safety projects.
