About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition for its North American operations. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the talent acquisition strategy to support the aggressive growth of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, building and maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring the best-in-class talent is hired across all operations in North America. The role demands a hands-on approach, the ability to influence and lead in a complex, matrixed environment, and a commitment to bringing proven best practices in recruitment, operations, and sourcing. The ideal individual will have a minimum of 10 years' experience as an in-house talent acquisition leader in large global organizations, with a track record of building high-performing talent acquisition processes, systems, and teams. Strong communication, project management, and time management skills are essential. The Head of Talent Acquisition will be part of a global team and must be prepared to take on the challenge of a highly matrixed organization, requiring excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
