About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Ocean Marine to spearhead the development of an ocean marine practice within its well-established inland marine business. The successful candidate will be tasked with the entrepreneurial challenge of building this new venture from the ground up, leveraging their expertise as a Marine Vice President or in a similar leadership role. This opportunity is ideal for a driven and entrepreneurial individual with a strong network in the marine insurance industry, particularly across Hull & Machinery, P&I, or Marine Cargo. The role requires the ability to open doors with brokers, attract capacity from insurers/reinsurers, and have a network of underwriters to recruit for the growing team.
