Responsibilities:

• Perform painting, concrete work, landscaping, and other general maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Assist with minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Clean felony record
• Drug-free
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge and skills in painting, concrete work, landscaping, and general maintenance tasks.
• Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
