Responsibilities:
- Inspect grounds daily and collect and remove all trash and debris, water grounds and perform landscaping.
- Clean all common areas, clean pool and maintain proper chemical balance.
- Clean vacated apartments and assist in make ready process.
- Assist the entire community staff with maintaining clean work areas and common areas.
- Distribute resident notices and escort vendors or patrons throughout the community.
- Report any damage or safety hazards to supervisor or management.
- Participate in company training classes / courses and meetings as required.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and be courteous and helpful to owners, residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc.
- Participate in company training classes, meetings, and other events intended to introduce staff to new ideas and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience using cleaning supplies and using general landscaping techniques / equipment.
- Must be safety conscious and have the ability to make logical decisions on overall safety.
- Ability to exhibit patience, diplomacy, consideration, flexibility, neatness and respect at all times.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and independently.
- Possess excellent customer service skills and have a desire to learn.
- Bilingual preferred
