The Phoenix Recovery Centers is looking to hire a full-time staff member to work graveyard shifts at our residential inpatient facility in South Jordan, UT. Shifts run from 11:00pm- 7:00am. $16- $17 Hr DOE

Competency & Qualifications

• No prior experience in the industry necessary
• Communication skills- ability to understand that the important aspect of communication is listening and actively works to improve those skills. Orally be able to speak with confidence using clear, and concise sentences and is easily understood.
• Have a valid Driver's License for transporting clients
• Have the ability to distribute medication according to policy
• Have the ability to show up on time for work and all meetings and activities that are associated with work
• Must be able to pass a background screening with the Department of Human Services.
• MUST BE DEPENDABLE

Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee and manage the day to day functionality of the program
• Provide proper medication management, medication counts
• Support resident visitations
• Address behavior management situation with residents
• Perform designated audits
• Ensure facility safety and cleanliness
